I'm a founder and commercialization strategist with a background in global operations, startup systems, and innovation strategy. Before building my own biotech startup, I worked inside some of the largest companies in the world — Amazon, GoDaddy, and Wells Fargo — where I built internal systems designed to create operational efficiency, led product launches, and managed large-scale partnerships. I didn't just observe how these organizations operated. I built the infrastructure that made them run.

That experience is what makes this advisory different. When I help founders build operational systems and commercialization strategy, I'm drawing from direct experience designing systems inside billion-dollar organizations. I know what efficiency looks like at scale — and I know how to help early-stage companies build toward it from day one.
